Guys you don’t have to use re effect if you just go to multi layer, pick your picture, make your transition with your graphs, and then if you select your layout and go to edit key frames it literally lets you use the re effect option with key frames if you just hit opacity it will turn to layout it’s so easy

I know an even better way to edit; go on instagram and search up qr codes. Next screenshot then and go back to video star. Enter your photos and audio and instead of pressing re-effect press multi-layer. When you get to the Multi Layer page press the little qr code in the top right corner and then enter in your screenshotted QR code! :D I hope this helped guys!
